Martinez & Farmer LLP is pleased to announce that Chelsey Mam has joined the firm as Counsel, effective June 22, 2026.

Chelsey is an experienced civil litigation attorney whose practice centers on complex commercial disputes, including insurance recovery on behalf of policyholders, real estate disputes, and constitutional law disputes.

Chelsey has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation (2024–2025) and named to the Washington Super Lawyers list (2024–2026), having previously been selected to the Washington Rising Stars list (2016–2023). Before joining Martinez & Farmer, she developed her strong professional reputation at several respected Seattle litigation boutiques, including Harrigan Leyh Farmer & Thomsen LLP. Early in her career, she clerked for the late Honorable Judge David Armstrong of Division II of the Washington Court of Appeals.

Chelsey earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating first in her class and serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law. She holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Washington. Outside her practice, she is active in community leadership, serving as President of MAMA USA and Co-Director of Sponsorship for MAMA Seattle.
