About Us

Payal joined Martinez & Farmer following a clerkship with the Honorable Theresa L. Fricke of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Prior to her clerkship, Payal was an associate at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti in New Jersey, where she focused on general business disputes, such as breach of contract claims, and employment litigation, securities regulation, and insurance and re-insurance matters.

Payal graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal and received an award for volunteering 700 hours to various legal organizations during her time in Washington, D.C. She also received a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
