Nicole is an experienced regulatory and litigation attorney. Prior to joining Martinez & Farmer LLP, Nicole served as Associate Chief Counsel for the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, where she advised FDA and HHS officials on complex legal issues in rulemakings, defensive litigation, investigations, and administrative appeals. Nicole began her legal career at Ropes & Gray LLP where she litigated complex antitrust, consumer protection, and commercial disputes in the health care and technology industries. Nicole also maintained an active pro bono practice litigating voting rights, asylum, and criminal defense matters.

Nicole clerked for the Honorable Reggie B. Walton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as Senior Managing Editor of The George Washington Law Review. She also received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Nicole is licensed to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia and her application for admission in Washington State is pending.
